We would be delighted if you and your class would join us for Technology Day at Saint Francis University on October 15, 2009. Join us for a fun and informative day for students who are enrolled in technology-related classes or are interested in technology-related careers. We are offering this activity to schools in our region as part of our mission to bring to life Science, Technology, Engineering and, Mathematics for students. The U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics projects that through year 2010, 15 of the 20 fastest-growing occupations will require "substantial Mathematics or Science preparation". Included among those occupations are careers in computer science. In addition, Computer Science and Mathematics majors are prepared for more than half of the "50 Best Jobs in America" from Money Magazine. We are pleased to offer complimentary registration for the event through support from the Joseph and Marguerite DiSepio Endowment to our Computer Science department. Click here to register online.
