Confidentiality
Confidentiality is seen by many as the most important issue when considering a referral for medical services. Students are assured of confidentiality when they request services through the Health Center. Confidentiality is maintained and services are provided in accordance with state and federal law. All information obtained in consultation is maintained in a secure file and no information is designated for the students= permanent educational record.
